Homemade Oreos Cookie dough
2 Devi's Food cake mixes
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup shortening
Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter softened
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the cookie dough ingredients with a hand mixer until combined *rewash hands and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and cook for 9 minutes(do not over cook)
Mix frosting ingredients together with hand mixer until all ingredients are combined. When the cookies have cooled add frosting to the back of one cookie and sandwich cookies together.
