Rolo Cake Mix Cookies
1 box Milk Chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Pkg. Rolos candies unwrapped
Mix the first three ingredients together. (I mixed by hand) *Wash hands before you do the nxt step* Then I take a Tablespoon size portion of the dough in my hand and flatten it and put a rolo in the center of the cookie dough and wrap the dough around the rolo and roll into a ball. Make sure the entire rolo is covered with the least amount of dough possible to maximize the rolo to dough ratio. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. I was able to make 46 cookies.
